JANE SIBERRY Maria (Reprise) Nearing break-out status after two magical albums, Jane wastes her magnificent voice wailing and scatting aimlessly over cocktail jazz. The result is irritating and seemingly endless -- a mish-mash of weird time signatures, nursery-rhyme fragments, and high-school verse, sung like a dream to no good purpose.
