Take a right off exit onto Grasmere /
Follow Grasmere to end /
Take a left onto Fairfield Ave. /
Proceed about 1/2 mile Acoustic Cafe is on your left, just past Arizona Flats /  ---
Lots of free parking  behind Acoustic Cafe (you have to do a U-turn to get into the driveway)

From the north (New Haven):
I-95  south  /  exit  23
Take your first left  /
Take your first left again /
Take first right  onto Grasmere    /
Follow Grasmere to end /
