Souvenir is packed with ethereal-sounding tracks that show off the immense range of Thirsk's lilting vocals. The opening track "Indifference" sets the memorable tone of the album. A fast-paced track like "Run Away" provides a good balance to the more relaxing ballads that almost completely fill this album, none of which, thankfully, sound the same. The lyrics may be a bit melodramatic, but on a whole, this is perfect mood music to go with candles and dimmed lights.
