Yes, I also have "Balligomingo" and it is Kristy. I think she probably meant that she only did one song on the album, since only Heat actually made the album cut. I also have a sample version of "Deeper" that I believe is her as well. ~Mindy~ >From: ": 10 : christophere . ." >Reply-To: ": 10 : christophere . ." >To: >Subject: do you want to know >Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 07:18:18 -0800 > >lawrence i was confused by "all 4" -- kristy's bootlegs cd has 6 songs on >it. > >souvenir >second fiddle >imagination (live) >something split >behind the wheel >giant pedestal (live) > >i also have one of the balligomingo sampler cds with the song >'balligomingo' >which could only be kristy singing, but she told me at her last show in los >angeles that she only sang one song for them. does anyone else have this? > >christophere > > > > >[sin]ology >,x:0:x,8.8,x:0:x,8.8,x:0:x,8.8,x:0:x,8.8,x:0:x,8.8,x >"Someday you will stop quoting other people and start saying the things >that >other people quote." :: christophere _________________________________________________________________ MSN 8 with e-mail virus protection service: 2 months FREE* http://join.msn.com/?page=features/virus ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 12:06:05 -0500 From: "Steven McElwee" Subject: Heaven's Earth Hi, Any idea where I can find the normal release of Heaven's Earth? I noticed that it was distributed with an extended edition of Karma as a second CD but the Karma I purchased only came with 1 CD (11 tracks) and does not include Heaven's Earth. While there are several re-mixed versions in Odyssey Remixed, I prefer the original radio mix. Also, what's the deal with multiple Karma editions? thanks, Steven ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 09:56:15 -0800 From: "Mindy G" Subject: Re: Heaven's Earth Steven, I have the original version on mp3 and can post it for you, if you'd like. I greatly prefer the original myself. I can't stand some of the remixes. I'm not sure what the deal with Karma was. I think the very first version had Heavens Earth as a track, then the next version had it has a bonus track on a 2nd cd with one other track, then the normal 11 song no bonus cd version, then the rerelease with the extra 5 track disc. It's all too much!! I think they're just trying to get us to buy the damn thing 4 times. except that one can never find all the versions! ;) ~Mindy~ >From: "Steven McElwee" >To: vicious-thorn@smoe.org >Subject: Heaven's Earth >Date: Wed, 20 Nov 2002 12:06:05 -0500 > >Hi, > Any idea where I can find the normal release of Heaven's Earth? That's one of my favorite Delerium pieces. The Matt Darey remix makes me want to bang my head against a wall. The second CD also contains multimedia goodies (like videos to 'Flowers Become Screens' and 'Incantation' (neither feature Kristy, though). Then, Nettwerk had to remove the 'Koran' from future printings due to some sampling royalties complications. 'Window to Your Soul' replaced the song on future printings. I believe 'Koran' was only featured in the limited edition 2CD printings. You can actually still buy the second CD from Nettwerk for $3. Quite a bargain if you don't have it. My favorite version of 'Heaven's Earth' is the Matt Darey remix.
