Not to worry about the Delerium thing - all their stuff before "Semantic Spaces" is vocal-less, and pretty dark, much more industrial. When I first heard about Balligomingo (found them while searching for Rose Chronicles and Kristy Thirsk), I thought it was some new "fluffy music" side-project of Front Line Assembly, but Delerium had a new disc out just one or two years ago, so it's not them. The members of FLA are involved in production, apparently, but it's new people. I figured this might be a fine time to come out of lurking, since I've never posted and felt like I might be invading a small group of friends :) To be honest, I almost forgot I had subscribed - but I'm glad to have joined, now that I'm reminded. I currently live right next to downtown Minneapolis, MN. I fell in love with Kristy back in '98 after buying Delerium's album Karma (I'm ashamed to have discovered them, and in particular Kristy, so late in the game - but I only started listening to real music in earnest in '97 anyway). I really hope we can all get another fix of her voice soon... if more people only knew what they were missing, I tell you. I too was always checking ".org" and never thought about trying ".com"! Great picture! Now I know what my friend was talking about when she kept saying there was a new picture, and I kept checking ".org" and wondering what on earth she was talking about. :) Now we're all getting excited again with hope that we'll get some great news in the near future. :) Justine - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Mindy Getch" To: "Vicious Thorn" Sent: Wednesday, March 20, 2002 10:14 PM Subject: Re: test > Mindy lives. :) > > I noticed something last week or so, on my usual jaunt over to > www.kristythirsk.org to check on any progress... nothing changed there, but > on a whim, I decided to check out www.kristythirsk.com as well.
