I agree. They put a lot of work into it. I don't know who was in charge of
shipping/packaging the CDs, but they also had a lot of work to do. So it's a
shame that many of them arrived broken. I received more e-mails about broken
CDs than just the ones that got mailed to this list.

Did someone indeed mail anyone to inform them about the damage? Because if not,
I think it would be a good idea. Perhaps they haven't sent out all of the CDs
yet and an e-mail would save them from getting damaged as well.
