I'm new here and this is my first mailing list experience, so forgive my ignorance if I replied to this wrong. Just FYI - I'm Mindy, 27 year old in Portland Oregon. I am VERY new to Rose Chronicles, but currently I can't get enough. I got Happily Ever After in the mail exactly 2 weeks ago today, and I've basically played it non-stop ever sense. It's all in mp3 on the computer so I won't have a breakdown if I leave my CD at work or in the car, but currently it goes where I go. After listening for 4 days, I needed more and ordered Shiver and Dead... I also have another (promo) CD on it's way as well... so I went a month ago from having never heard of them to having 4 CDs. I also have Delerium's Karma (where I first heard Kristy, loved it and needed to find out more, beginning of the love affair...) and Semantic Spaces. I'm really glad to have found this list, so I can learn more and definitely keep on top of what/when to expect from Kristy. Does anyone know if she is planning on doing any shows outside of Vancouver? It's not far at all down to Portland! :) Mindy PS Thanks for your help, omicron! ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 09 Mar 1999 10:39:08 -0500 From: Suspiria Subject: Re: ??? I saw the episode in which "Blood Red" was played. And I know I posted it to the list. Mind you, this was a year and a half...maybe 2 years or so ago. Is there and archieve to look stuff up? And I also saw the one w/ "Torn"...not sure if I posted or not. But I was very surprised to hear them twice in the series. And I was also surprised when neither made the soundtrack. - -- Joanna - -- "I'm always ready to work some dark mojo!" ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 9 Mar 1999 14:26:20 -0500 From: "John Nogueira" Subject: Re: ??? I noticed that your Kristy site's URL is on the poster. Is this semi-acknowledgement that your site should be given "official" status as I wrote many moons ago? Or is Bill still working on that long-awaited official page? Naw, my site is in no way official, and I like it that way. I personally put the URL there just so that it's known where the image came from initially. I remain a humble web-fan like everyone else on VT. I hope the official page is still in the works, though... - -- omicron ____________________________________________________________ "Though this be madness, yet there is method in 't" -Polonius / Hamlet: Act II, Scene II http://www.geocities.com/~voxweb VOX - The Web's first Kristy Thirsk fan site ------------------------------ End of vicious-thorn-digest V3 #17 **********************************
