Now they don't even play music, but instead focus on stupid stuff like "Real Life" and the like. About the only thing I ever watch occasionally is 110 minutes, but it's on too damn late! I did not know there is an American version of MuchMusic. When does it play? I do not have the fortunate luck to be in Canada, where Rose Chronicles are. Damn. But sure, I'll put in a request for those videos. As for 120 minutes...that sucks now too. The "host" who took over a couple years ago--Matt Pinfield--plays a lot of pure crap, lots of fake-ska bands. I taped/watched it last night and the only women they played were Bjork and a profile of Blondie. The old boy network seems as strong as ever on eMpTVy. I wish people would stop using the term "alternative" music to apply to stuff on 120 minutes 'cause it's not. - -Jim On Tue, 2 Dec 1997, Jason Banaszak wrote: > MTV has really gone bad. It's our version of MTV. I shouldn't criticize the station, though, because that's where I first heard "Awaiting Eternity". If anyone does want to request a video, just send an e-mail to rsvp@muchmusic.com with the title of the video as the subject.
