While I was away from home for a few days, it appears that the
main system at smoe.org developed some software problems.

As a result, there is a huge (600+) message backlog. Please don't
send multiple copies of your message, as it will only further
delay processing of mail. I'm hoping that the backlog of mail
will be cleared out soon.
