Bang Subject: Hi! As I'm not familiar with how Velvet Station work, could you please help me get this message out to people who might be interested in what Anne Marie Almedal is up to: The album "Going Nine Ways From Wednesday" by Anne Marie Almedal, Jan Bang, Erik Honori and Nils Christian Moe-Repstad will be released on April 23. The album consists of improvised music where Anne Marie's voice has been treated, sampled and resampled in real time by Bang and Honori. The lyrics are written by Nils Christian Moe-Repstad, a young Norwegian poet, and the album is released on the pan m label, situated in Kristiansand, home of the four artists (and the Quart Festival). The label is run by Jan Bang (musician and producer of Nils Petter Molvfr, D'Sound, Bertine Zetlitz etc.) and Erik Honori (musician and producer of Velvet Belly, Anne Grete Preus, Claudia Scott etc.) For more info, please visit www.panmrecords.com or send a mail to Arne C. Bang (acbang@online.no) or Erik Honori (erik.honore@soundonweb.com). Thanks! ------------------------------ End of velvet-station-digest V4 #11 ***********************************
