If someone can't get access to their e-mail account, they might be able to get to a message board. They might communicate on a different level using a message board than they might with a discussion list. It would act as an medium for a different frame of mind. A message on a board might be there for maybe thirteen weeks and that thirteenth week later, someone adds another message to it. So I'm thinking on that level.
