There were only a half dozen people interested in discs. Are any of you able to burn CD's and willing to handle the discs for the other European folks? If no one steps forward, it really isn't that big a deal for me to do that too. I'll just have to figure out a suitable charge for the overseas shipping, and it'll cost each person a few dollars more. neal At 1:25 PM +0200 10/2/02, Sabrina Kuffer wrote: >welcome back, neal.. > >what concerns the cd4s i4m not quite sure what4s happening overseas .. >in europe. unfortunatley i haven4t heard anything since.. > >stefan, are you still on vacation? > >best regards, >sabrina ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 2 Oct 2002 07:42:26 -0600 From: "Stephanie Grossman" Subject: canada tree as for the canada tree - as far as i know i've sent cd's off to all canadians who asked for one. i too have been enjoying Silver and Auditorium....sooooooo dreamy take care ya'll steph. It's not that big a deal for me to handle them. And I think I understand all the money stuff now. I did get some money from some overseas folks. I believe you can just enter how much you want to transfer in dollars and you'll be charged appropriately. But perhaps someone can clarify that. (I'm talking about paypal here.) If anyone is unwilling to use paypal, I'm not sure of an easy way to handle the money. I'll stop in at the post office tomorrow and get an estimate on how much it costs for me to send one and two CD's to Europe. Write to me off the group and I'll let you know the costs. Quick recap on the costs within the US: $2 - my expenses (CD, jewelbox, shipping, mailer) $1 - artwork (optional) $5 - donation to Veda (optional... you can send it directly to Veda in some way, or I will pass it on if you give it to me.) 50 cents - paypal expenses for overseas transfer It'll probably only be a dollar or two more then that for the overseas shipping. The paypal account to use will be nealpaypal@att.net As before, if you don't need a jewel box, let me know and I won't waste the cost of shipping one. (I didn't get any complaints from anyone in the US who had trouble with their CD w/o a jewel box.) neal At 10:55 PM +0200 10/2/02, Sabrina Kuffer wrote: >its not a problem for me to do the burning and handling of the cds, >but honestly i don4t know much about the money-transfer-stuff >(as of partly different currencies, transfer-prices and possibilities) > >but i4m sure we4ll figure that out somehow :o) > >maybe it would good to have again a short response from the ones >in europe who are still interested in the cd... even if the >process took some time.. > >from now on i`ll be away for the weekend .. back on monday though >neal, i will contact you then aswell for the details.. and thanks :) > >sabrina ------------------------------ End of trajectory-digest V6 #46 *******************************
