I've been known to do that sort of thing too, and it's a good excuse to see friends in the northwest. (Friends in the NW, don't get your hopes up though.) On a more relevant note... I recently ordered the latest album from Yukon performer Kim Barlow. I thoroughly enjoyed her previous album (Humminah), which struck me as a vaguely whimsical, country-folk album with bizarre instrumentation. Sort of like the first Jane Siberry album, but fronting a pick up band on a porch in the Appalachian mountains. (I have no idea what people play when they sit on porches in the Yukon.) Anyway, I was surprised to find that this album features Veda on a track. She's credited with piano and Hollering Harmony. I haven't had time to listen yet. BTW, it's very expensive to order CD's from the Yukon! http://www.caribourecords.com neal ------------------------------ End of trajectory-digest V6 #2 ******************************
