She showed me a just-published comic where she (Sara Ryan) wrote the script and her partner Steve Lieber did the art. Anyway, she pointed out a frame where the main character in the story is wearing a T-shirt that very clearly says "Veda Hille" across the front. Check out "Me and Edith Head" in the September/October 2001 issue of _Cicada_ magazine.
