It seems to me that there are those who gravitate more toward the lyrics in a song than the music, and vice versa. I tend to be the music-first type, and I love this song for all that Veda has done with it musically. She could sing the lyrics in a language I don't know -- say, French -- and I'd love it almost as much. This is not to say that I don't appreciate Veda's excellent lyrics ...
