Veda never ceases to surprise. I can always count on unique arrangements and of course there are the songs. I wouldn't dare to compare after only 2 listens. It took me months to warm up to Spine, but something kept me interested and listening. I haven't stopped listening. I've been playing Spine for 2 years now and still absorbing it's intricacies. "Things are more beautiful when they're obscure." So after 2 listens, "You Do Not Live in This World's" overall sound seems closer to "This is a Picture" than "Spine" or "Path of a Body." Like a progression. Each of her albums have been unique and this is no exception. I'm impressed and I know I'm going to love it, but I won't know how much for awhile yet. For me, Veda requires time. "Are you still there?" Bye for now, Wayne Meredith wrote: >Drew announced: >>My copy of "You are not alone" showed up today.
