Just a reminder that the webcast of Veda's show at the Mercury Lounge last November 19th will be at liveconcerts.com tomorrow night, 1/8 at 9 pm EST. Don't forget to tune in! (N.B. to the ectophiles: Listen especially if you haven't heard Veda's music before. She is definitely best experienced in live performance, and the band was really hot that night.) +==========================================================================+ | Meredith Tarr meth@smoe.org | | New Haven, CT USA http://www.smoe.org/~meth | +==========================================================================+ | "things are more beautiful when they're obscure" -- veda hille | | *** TRAJECTORY, the Veda Hille mailing list: *** | | *** http://www.smoe.org/meth/trajectory.html *** | +==========================================================================+ ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 07 Jan 1999 23:41:55 -0500 From: meredith Subject: Re: west coast? Well, I'm on the east coast ... and I know quite a few other Veda fans who are on the east coast as well. So I guess you are wrong, but probably not in the way you were hoping. :) >Any news of her coming to the midwest? I haven't heard any, but that doesn't mean it's not going to happen. She was at the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival last summer. Tour dates get posted here as soon as they're available. If you know of some places where Veda could play, post them here. So today I heard from a long-lost high school friend of mine whom I've been trying to track down for several years. Turns out she's living in Vancouver now and attended the Emily Carr institute! Not sure if she's heard of Veda though. She will. ;) +==========================================================================+ | Meredith Tarr meth@smoe.org | | New Haven, CT USA http://www.smoe.org/~meth | +==========================================================================+ | "things are more beautiful when they're obscure" -- veda hille | | *** TRAJECTORY, the Veda Hille mailing list: *** | | *** http://www.smoe.org/meth/trajectory.html *** | +==========================================================================+ ------------------------------ End of trajectory-digest V3 #3 ******************************
