For example here in the Netherlands, audiences in the north are pretty quiet, but can get very enthusiastic if you are genuinely good. Audiences in the south make a lot of noise, but you never know whether that's because they like you or not. Audiences in the west, in the big cities, have an attitude of 'OK, we paid, so entertain us'. Audiences in the east just drink a lot of beer (and throw it over eachother!), the louder the music, the rowdier the crowd. Just a little cross-cultural comparison :-) Peace, Molly >From: fiona cox >To: untruth , Trailer Park >Subject: Re: 'Devil was my Angel' >Date: Tue, 25 Apr 2000 10:12:13 -0700 (PDT) > >From the East side.........oh. okay, I'll stop trying >to make it sound cool: the UK. > >--- untruth wrote: > > Fiona Cox wrote :- > > > > >---Ooh, do I detect a small pet hate here? > > > > Absolutely - obviously I didn't make myself very > > clear did I ? > > > > Now which side of the water are you from ? > > > > Cheers > > > > Neil ________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com ------------------------------ End of trailer-park-digest V1 #66 *********************************
