Where's that paper bag? *breathe boy, breathe!* At least I won't have to worry about Basketball coverage disturbing this one. I think last Saturday night was the first time I wished I was in QLD! Would have seen the whole thing then like you lucky ducklings obviously did.. Live at the Wireless is on Radio Triple J. I suspect that they would have recorded this at one of the Big Day Outs or either the POW or the Metro. I don't think it woud have been a performance for Triple J. Or else we would have heard about it, and usually they are live live.. like.. live to air... as in she'd have to be here on Monday. Which she's not... so... it'd be a recording of one of her shows. You can all listen online if you like. At www.abc.net.au/triplej You're all adept enough at maths to work out your time zones. But I guess if you're in America, our Monday night is your early brekkie yeah? I don't know.. not very helpful. You'll have two windows of opportunity. Monday night and the following Sunday at 5pm. It'll be excellent to hear that new song again! Has anyone tied down a name for that one yet? >>more good news for us aussies, >> >>Live at the Wireless - 9pm - Mon 10th April >> Beth Orton "I believe there's a commonality to all humanity... UNDERWORLD, GROOVE ARMADA, BETH ORTON and SEMISONIC are the latest names to be added to the line-up of this year's V2000 festival bill. Underworld, who release a live album on September 4 through V2, will headline the JJB Arena, which is the main dance arena at both sites. On March 28, nme.com predicted that Underworld would headline the dance tent at one of this summer's festivals, as well as playing a large outdoor show in Ibiza. Groove Armada, Semisonic and Beth Orton have also been added to the bill, although it is yet to be confirmed on which day each band will play. Groove Armada are currently planning their new album, which they hope to record in Brazil and release before the end of the year. All four have been added to a bill which includes headliners Richard Ashcroft and Travis. Other recent additions to the ever expanding line-up include Kelis, Macy Gray, Paul Weller, Moby and Supergrass. V2000 takes place this year at Weston Park, Staffordshire and Hylands Park, Chelmsford over the weekend of August 19-20.
