I am going to be adding some things that have never been seen over the next few weeks if I don't get too busy with work. If you follow the link for the Squirrel Brand Company I now have a one minute video of the Zipper candy being made. This was going to be on the Perennial Favorites ECD but was taken out. It is about 3.5 mb so it is a large file but I wanted to preserve the quality of the video. On a bit of an off topic subject, for those of you who may have lost faith in all the bands we loved, the Bowl of Fire is picking up steam. I've seen them twice in the last 3 months, and you wouldn't believe that the second show had at least 400 (of a 475 capacity venue)people screaming, whooping and hollering for "Dear Old Greenland" and others (that I can't recall). It was an unbelieveable show. The new guys have really dug into the music, AND, the new stuff is still pumping (new as in written post Swimming Hour). It's even further away from the latest album, and total indie/rock. And still, after gaining this momentum, they still had time to chat. Even Andrew is opening up! At least we still have them. Kevin said the label almost dumped them because it changed management and stuff, but then changed back. We had a long discussion about it because I asked if they were planning a live record. The most Andrew had to add was, "that's a really good idea, we never considered that. My only problem with it is is that it's really hard to be happy with something you record live." More is to come. At least 2 albums. WOO! Anywho, yeah, the original post was funny. - -Mike ------------------------------ End of the-landing-digest V4 #25 ********************************
