There's enough misspellings in there to make me puke ("Jay Wadenhaus" "Jim Matthis" Label mate "Paula Voe" (polvo), "Katherine Waylan" "Stu Coe") ... Misspelling proper names is like the biggest no-no in journalism. If i left out even one letter in my Newswriting class, that's an immediate F :( But enough of me... Everyone go read it. And if you can't get it, mail me and i'll put it somewhere else. Did you know Jim was a "Latin student" in college? He says so..but then again, I can imagine that they had a good time pulling that interviewer's leg... I need to find the CD. That song is called "Une Very Stylish Fille" and it's by Dimitri From Paris and can be found on the album "Sacrebleu!" A lot of cool spacey pop/trip/techno. I enjoy it, but then I'm a sucker for just about anything in french. Also, I've had the "All I wanna Do"/Santa Monica Blvd. driving experience. In fact it was just last week, so um.. yeah. But I can control my CD changer with my mind, so how's that for special? ~Courtney The Sultraness of Swing "I've designed a meditation room that could move the Dalai Lama to bitch slap Richard Gere." > > > Andy > > ------------------------------ > > End of the-landing-digest V2 #14 > ******************************** ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 04 Feb 1999 14:03:31 -0500 From: Andy Harman Subject: Re: Une Very Stylish Fille At 09:58 AM 2/4/99 -0800, you wrote: >That song is called "Une Very Stylish Fille" and it's by Dimitri From >Paris and can be found on the album "Sacrebleu!" The following song was used in a really cool new Cartoon Network commercial. They rotoscoped a few old clips of Tom (as in, Tom and Jerry) Cat playing the double-bass and singing, on a white background (Gap spoor) and lip-synched in the coolest way possible the following lines: Is you or is you ain't my baby Baby baby found somebody new... (skat) Baby baby lost somebody too. Does anybody know the title and band? PETER DESTRUCTO the ghost quasar: http://destructo.cjb.net are the Space Ghost Limited Edition MP3s new anymore? i doubt it. besides that, icons, images, fanfic, and a big ol' reviewed links list "Who the hell wants to hear actors talk?" -H.M.
