I am pretty PSYCHED to let you know that my monthly living room concert series continues and lives and breathes... October 25 was the last conert, and it was pretty spectacular. Joel Cage and Jane Kelly Williams shared the stage and played to a nice audience of abou 15 or so...it was such a fun, relaxing afternoon... The next concert, like the subject says, is November 21. It's a pretty special show...all my concerts are incredibly special to me, that's why I feel so lucky to get to have them... but the November 21 gig, which will be, oh, around 7:30/8-ish...will be featuring Jody Blackwell and Jerald Harscher, two buddies of mine...some of you may know Jerald from the Club Passim schedules; he has a show there this Sunday, actually, and this past Spring he did a Michael Hedges tribute. Some of you may know Jody from gigs all around--a recent Open Mic feature at the OLE! Cafe inInman Square, a summer show at Johnny D's, and various gigs here and there...both are amazing talents and absolute *treasures* of the Boston scene. Not only amazing singers, but very very preciou souls...and it shows in every single note of every single song... SO, here is the low-down.... Admission: $10, all of which goes to the singers...
