Lisa sings backing vocals on "BleedARiverDeep" and "Jetsetter" and played some viola on "FromEverySphere". I went to Ed's official homepage. For those who are interested it is possible to listen to some songs (Jetsetter being one of them) and watch some videos. http://www.edharcourt.com (The official Ed Harcourt website, with the latest news, reviews, gig dates, release info etc.) Thanks to you Christie and Tim for the links to Eleni Mandell's (http://www.elenimandell.com/mainBanr.htm) and Maria McKee's (www.mariamckee.com) homepages. I will for my part surely investigate those artists better! I will for sure try to get tickets for that! Also, for those who already have a copy of the new CD, what style is it in? I've only heard the songs on the concentrated cd, and LOVE those! It's very big, theatrical rock that I find quite moving. One of my top ten fav albums ever. I've had the CD for a while; both promo versions, one with the plain white tray art (with the January 2003 release date) and the other with the pastel blue cover art of Lisa suspended in mid-air (here's a review by a foolish college kid and the cover art for it: http://wildcat.arizona.edu/papers/96/105/04_10.html) There's a description of the CD behind the one-sheet promo. This is usually for college press that don't know anything about music besides Linkin Park so they need something to go on to spark interest. If you read this review of the CD, you'll see what I mean: http://entertainment.thetriangle.org/2003/02/28/lullaby.html If that isn't one of the lazyiest music reviews I've ever read I don't know what is. You can tell he's just a kid by the way he doesn't even bother to write about her history. I mean, she's a legend for pete's sake. Needless to say, I think the CD is fantastic and that wonderous mood that only Lisa can do is there.
