I thought it might also make it easier to share things like pictures and videos, conduct polls, etc. The Facebook group is not meant to replace this mailing list, but rather complement it. I realize not everyone uses Facebook and dont want to shut anyone out. Alternatively, there may be people who would participate in a Facebook group that may not feel inclined to join an email list. Any news or information I come across, I will be sure to share both places.
