She seems happier now than I have ever seen her. I'm glad you finally got to meet her, Ken. Two amusing things not in Ken's report: 1) At the beginning of the show Liz said that she'd hit her head on a metal railing earlier in the evening ("I saw blue stars." she said, "So if I keel over, you know why."). Later in the show when she started playing Mesmerizing instead of Extraordinary she laughed it off, saying, "It's the head! I've got the concussion injury!" then asked that they play Never Said before Extraordinary because, "It's what the head wants. Obey the head!" 2) Before she played H.W.C. Liz mentioned that Dino's parents were in the audience and that it was a little embarrassing for her. Right before she started the song she asked them to, "Just remember me the way I was at Dino's father's birthday." Then she sucked it up and did the song. It was a great show. I'm sorry I missed you, Ken. I should have said I was going. It would have been great to meet you. Thanks so much for sharing! Kenneth, have you nothing further to say about your encounter with Liz? Did she freak out and run away? Did you shake hands? I heard a nasty rumor that Liz has really big, gross man-claws, just like that episode of Seinfeld. Care to dispel that? - -Emil __________________________________ Start your day with Yahoo! - Make it your home page! http://www.yahoo.com/r/hs ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 10 Nov 2005 18:55:32 -0800 (PST) From: Easter Subject: [support-system] Re: Liz at Fillmore Ken wrote: I finally met Liz face to face after the show.
