I never would have imagined that she'd play that. sounds like she is having fun with dino on stage... i haven't been able to find tickets for her shows in chicago this week for less than $80. if anyone has an extra (please please please) for either Wednesday night or Thursday night that you'd sell to me for face value I would be forever grateful. "mooooother's liiiittle helpeeeer (need more need more need more just a little bit more)". Such a great song. now i am dum dum deedeedee-ing around my apt. I wonder how Liz's song will be. the video retrospective was awesome. i haven't been to that site since but i'd like to use it better... think we could all really use it pretty well if we set out to it. I only have about a thousand pictures of liz that i could upload but right now i can't find anything earlier that 2001. i am babbling -- but i want to say hi to all of you out there... great to see some old names on the list and i miss you guys. KB p.s. email me at purplekatiebrown@gmail.com if you have any leads on a ticket for the chicago show this week. i am desperate and too broke to pay too much (or even to bring my man for that matter) ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 23 Aug 2005 09:58:16 -0700 (PDT) From: Gabriel Peterson Subject: [support-system] Re: Encores At the first show in Boston, Liz asked the crowd if it was alright if she played straight through the encore instead of going off-stage and coming back out because she hates encores. The funny thing is that she did that in Montreal on her very first tour when I saw her there and had to embarrassingly admit to the crowd that wouldn't stop cheering for her that they hadn't practiced any more songs.
