It has not gained in airplay at the format in that time. The track is absent from all other Billboard radio airplay charts. The track has been among VH1's 40 most played videos for the last couple of weeks. As the song uses footage from the film "Raising Helen" and the clip distribution is credited to Hollywood Records (who are doing the film soundtrack) it is likely that Capitol did not have to fork out any dough for this video. Usually in these situations the film company or the soundtrack's record company will pay for these kinds of videos, so it can save the artist or the label loads of money. The videos are seen more as ads to promote a film rather than promotiong an artist. Given this likelihood, any news on whether Capitol is to continue with promotion of "Liz Phair"? Does anybody know which artists have been dropped since the last round of label cutbacks? I remember reading here that about a third of the roster was to be cut. It is extremely unlikely that any promotion for "Extraordinary" will take place outside the US, given the album's lack of sales around the globe. In fact, here in Australia "Liz Phair" has already been deleted by its distributor (EMI).
