Liz is playing at Syracuse University on the 13th. That's a week away. It's sort of a new-ish date, added after the rest of the tour was announced, and I don't think anyone has mentioned it. Is anyone going? My guess is that it'll be an abbreviated set but maybe with a few surprises and some indication of what this new leg will be like, compared to the previous one. So... if anyone does go, I hope you live to tell the rest of us about it! I'm really looking forward to the handful of shows I expect to see late March/early April. Here is a link: http://www.whatevermagazine.com/7/lizp.html The show was 10/6 at Avalon. I double checked the date written on my photo pass and it says 10/06. I'd love a CD copy as well and have only dialup, send me a note and I can trade blanks+postage, or even photos from the show. I have some other stuff on CDR from liz that I could trade as well, nothing that rare, the usual. I've noticed that there is a photo from this show that makes the rounds on bootleg shirts, etc. Its not my photo as far as I know, but I do have a number of nice shots from this show because the lighting was really nice and Liz didn't move too much for the first few songs. >From: Dnce7Veils@aol.com >To: support-system@smoe.org >Subject: [support-system] liz in boston >Date: Thu, 05 Feb 2004 12:47:29 -0500 > >hey, i was actually at the show in question, and i can testify almost with >100% certainty that the show was on 10/6. it was a couple months apart >from the 'xmas rave,' which was a brutally lame show where i had to sit >through big bad voodoo daddy from the front row. liz was ok, i remember >thinking the other one was better, EXCEPT that is the one show, as far as i >know, where she played 'believer,' by the monkees! >i would LOVE a copy of the 10/6 show....but i dont know what shn or >bittorrent is. is there any way of getting a cd-r? i gots blanks! > >thanks! _________________________________________________________________ Keep up with high-tech trends here at "Hook'd on Technology." http://special.msn.com/msnbc/hookedontech.armx ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 06 Feb 2004 12:56:12 -0500 From: "Kim Cowgar" Subject: RE: [support-system] liz in boston I'd be happy to burn some copies.
