My source for the show claims it was 10/6. There are several LP sites on the web that list a show at the Avalon on 10/6, and one of them has this setlist associated with that date. That site also lists shows at the Avalon on 11/30/98 and 12/1/98; the latter show described as the "WBCN Christmas Rave" with a different set list.
