YEEE--OWzaaaa....  ouch!!   well, as far as the "bad transformations" category goes, she's in there with madonna ("american life") and jewel ("intuition"). we've bitched up a storm on this list, but being included in a full-length, nationally shown slamfest.... yikes. the irony for me is that the only redeeming factor of "why can't i?" is the video. so, this should be interesting. i'm thinking they're not being entirely honest with their slam. why not say "we hate your new sonic direction"? well, i guess they are.... 

apparently, these stinkers are gonna be reviewed by comedians, journalists, and video experts (whatever that means)--sorta like the "When Bad Clothes Happen to Good People" feature in "US" magazine. <grin> 'tis the season....
