Jim Yes, the DVD of the London gig was notified to alt.fan.l-p by Chris (Master8uk@aol.com). It's excellent - mail him for details. If you just want the extended version of "Flower", well, it's near the end :-) I'm afraid I don't have the skills, hardware or software to make copies of DVDs. all the best Paul ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 26 Nov 2003 05:05:50 -0500 From: "Jim" Subject: [support-system] Re: Liz's rap version of Flower Paul, Thanks! It blew me away when it came on. I couldn't believe it. Anyway, for any of you who've made references to the opening rif sounding like it has been ripped off of some (other artist) well, I've been wanting to respond that isn't that Liz' M.O.? She rips off a bunch of artists but makes it her own and cool sounding just like the opening to Extraordinary. That has become one of my all-time favorite Liz songs and I know she had more to do with the sound to it than we all think she has otherwise I wouldn't like it much. It just has so many cool Liz qualities to it. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? WCI is #15 on their mainstream pop airplay chart. It's a little jarring to see it there. Nevertheless it's good, not only becuase Billboard has been touting this song as a top ten hit for months now, and I finally beleive them. The other is that the higher this song climbs, and I hope it's #1 soon, the better Extraordinary will do for the follow up single. That's going to be cool, since I like it better than WCI. BTW, WCI is #13 on their 'hot AC' (Adult Contempory, or lite music pop chart) chart, going down after spending awhile in the top ten.
