A US-based option is www.cdquest.com. I've seen other listings for the single but have had good success with both of these vendors in the past. The only problem there is that they're frustratingly slow at times in filling special orders. For those who don't mind waiting, though, the single is a little bit cheaper through them -- the site lists it at $8.99, but when you click on the item, it shows up as being $7.99.
