There's a Modest Mouse song with a kind of tuneless bounce that contains the repition "Have I told ya, have I told ya, you can really get it oooaaaooon." It's a fairly old song though, released on something and then again on Building Nothing out of Something, which was a greatest hits of sorts. I guess it is... sort of techno.
