Are they mixing it up? Any cool rarities or old-school favorites? I hope they're playing lots of new stuff too....shit..it'll be the closest thing to a new album for now. Anyway, it's probably about that time of year for everyone to give their "between-album-blues" pics...those records we're all finding the most joy in while we wait for Liz to put out anything.... I'm big on L7 - "Slap-Happy", Geraldine Fibbers - "Lost somewhere between the earth and my home" Sarah Dougher - "The Walls Ablaze", Aimee Mann - "I'm With Stupid" and the new Concrete Blonde - which is growing on me.... Hey - I had a dream last night I was in Seattle in like, 1991 or whenever Kurt and Courtney first met - and Courtney was this little 13 year old chick and she was a big skank and she demanded to know who I was (I couldn't tell her how I knew who she was because I was afraid it would alter the space-time-continuum I learned about in Back to the Future and she would never become famous) so I told her I was her waitor once and I just remembered her - then she said she thought I was gay and she wanted me to sleep with her to prove I wasn't - and I was like "Um...you're like 13 years old...no." and she was like this little clingy brat - it was disturbing as hell... And Kurt was there and he was like 14 and REALLY REALLY clean-cut and I told him he had a cool band and he snubbed me. How fucked is that? Sorry to bog the list down with this crap - I get like this when there is lack of Liz to my brain. Courtney had brown hair too. see ya, Dan. ------------------------------ Date: Mon, 04 Feb 2002 08:53:29 -0500 From: Dan MacDonald Subject: re: Breeders So to all the people who saw the Breeders - how is their setlist looking?
