(especially through cdstreet.com rather than amazon.com, since the artist gets almost full profit from cdstreet, as opposed to like...1/3 profit from amazon) 2) Quasi -- The Sword of God I played this for a friend who'd never heard Quasi before, and she said, "Now that I've heard this, I can't remember life without it." 3) Shannonwright -- Dyed in the Wool Another lush, yet often sparse, disquieting masterpiece from my favorite Southern guitar and light-up keyboard rocker 4) Missy Elliott -- Miss E...So Addictive This should be tied with #1.......the whole CD is the best party I've ever been to. This whole album is just amazing. "4 My People" is the singular best club song I could ever imagine... 5) The Faint -- I forget what it's called.............we have it at the radio station I dj at and I just remember that it was phenomonal..... 6) The Moldy Peaches (--Advance Copy?) 7) Kristin Hersh -- Sunny Border Blue 8) Tracy and the Plastics -- Muscler's Guide to Videonics 9) Bjork -- Vespertine 10) Stereo Total -- Musique Automatique xo alli ------------------------------ End of support-system-digest V4 #333 ************************************
