The album's release is still at least several months away and no date has been set for it yet. Usually most tours are planned to coincide with an album's release. Once it's finished and they have an idea when the album will be out, then they'll likely start organizing a tour. Besides touring is where many performers get the majority of their money... she won't be able to afford those shopping sprees if she doesn't tour! :) ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 31 May 2001 12:48:58 EDT From: NegSplitz@aol.com Subject: Re: Liz tour It's hard enough for many of us to wait and wait for a new album, which is our problem really, and then to consider "no tour"!? ..You guys should be congratulated for keeping this message board open! Waiting for new music, or even an occasional "live" show from Liz has almost become comical..New music will definitely help all of those out there who have been reduced to analyzing and re-examining lyrics ..or debating the merits of EIG vs. WS vs. WCSE..for years now! I can only think of other artists as capable as Liz, who keep fans "happy" in spite of personal or creative "time off." PJ Harvey comes to mind. Always available to her fans..touring small venues, releasing singles in the absence of the "Big Album," and then really putting it on the line, and doing 6 straight months in big arenas, mostly with U2..If Liz doesn't tour, it won't be her fault I have a feeling..She must be wanting to concert right now. Is it the "Big Label" syndrome she is suffering from? ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 31 May 2001 14:07:24 -0400 From: Jason Long Subject: Fwd: Jen Trynin on internet radio thing I just got this mailing and figured I would pass it along -- I do believe there are a few Trynin fans among us. :) Cheers, Jase >Date: Thu, 31 May 2001 12:10:05 -0400 >Subject: Jen Trynin on internet radio thing >From: Jen Trynin > >Hi!
