I hate the GAP, too. (Okay, I have some GAP shirts, but I bought them at 
Goodwill, and wear a sweater over them.) You know, Liz is on an NBC 
primetime show, which is essentially the TV equivalent of the GAP, AND she 
was on Rosie O'Donnell, AND Calvin Klein billboards, AND she played Lilith 
fair. Still, none of this invalidates her greatest work. You really should 
play the Badly Drawn Boy record 20 more times and see if it still has the 
same (in)effect on you.
