The "Bars of the Bed" lyrics are part of the new stuff I, um, never got around to putting up for real in January. Whoops. Anyways, I just went and put up all the new stuff; you can find my take on the compleat "Baby Got Going" lyrics at http://www.exileinnetville.com/new/lyrics/wcse_demos.html Enjoy, and accept my apologies for being such a truly terrible website maintainer. Also they will be headlining several radio festivals in May and June before heading out on tour with the Red Hot Chili Peppers. That's just the tip of the iceburg. All I can say is that I can't wait! Let's hope it is as good as the first one. And another thing, Billy Bragg is planning to release a live CD from a Woody Guthrie tribute concert that featured a lot of big folk and rock artists including Ani DiFranco and Bruce Springsteen. According to the story, the concert was recorded a couple of years ago. Brian ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 09 Apr 2000 00:02:05 -0400 From: Jason Long Subject: The Moves? Hey everyone, Just caught the following posted to the Loud Family list and was wondering if anyone has heard of this band -- needless to say, I'm quite curious based on this description: >Anyone know anything about a group called The Moves? My local college >radio station has been playing them a lot today. When I heard them the >first time, I asked myself "Does Liz Phair have a new record out?". But, >Gosh No, it's just a vocalist who kinda sounds like Liz. Do they have an >album out, and if so, is it any good? It was truthful, it was real, it was beautiful and poetic and frightening and tragic. This is a film that everyone needs to see. Thank you. That is all.
