On the setlist, "Don't Apologize" is titled "New Rock" and Liz herself said, "Here's a new song, it's called Don't Apologize." (something like that) "Firewalker" was obvious, it's titled on the setlist. See, I got a setllist. I'll scan it tonight and put it up somewhere so you guys can see. That's why I was so confused. It says new rock on mine, too, but at NEITHER of the two shows I went to did she give a title : ( Thanks for clearing things up! I have been working out in San Diego for the last few weeks and actually flew back to Cincinnati this week so I could still go see Liz (it wasn't the only reason I came back for a few days but it was one of the reasons). I'm just glad I read my email yesterday and found out the show was cancelled before driving the 2 hours to Coulmbus. Now I'm an even happier that I made the effort to get tickets and see her at Lounge Ax last month. As far as copyrights go - yes, officially a song is copyrighted as soon as it is created, regardless if you do or don't file it with the US copyright office. However, none of us should be concerned about getting busted by the law for what we do here. The Bliss and Fetish people have been distributing the Girlysound material on CD along with tons of other rare music for sometime and they're still going strong, hassle free, and maintain a website advertising what they do. It's one thing if big fans are trading rare material among themselves, it's another thing if your using a CD burner to copy stuff that is available at any record store, and it's still another thing if your pirating thousands of commercially released albums to sell in the blackmarket overseas. _______________________________________________________________ Get Free Email and Do More On The Web. Falk" Subject: millersville show i have heard no one mention this show, as in, "i am so excited to be seeing liz at millersville!" i am curious to know if anyone at m.u. can tell me how ticket sales are going. when i drove down from harrisburg to buy mine yesterday, there was a big pile of them sitting inside the ticket window like they were a bunch of bookmarks or something. i wonder what the crowd will be like... also, the venue- is pucillo gym really as small as it looks from the outside? how many does it hold for a show? ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 21 Apr 1999 18:59:31 -0400 (EDT) From: "Nicole W." Subject: Butt Doughnut Were E Mom For all interested parties (how come I'm not invited?), I've added a page to my website. That doesn't mean the page is finished, or is good, but i added it. It's the motifs page. It's not that boring english class stuff. It's just a list of certain words and what liz songs you can find them in. Go to http://www.angelfire.com/ca/DontWalk, then go to the main page, then go to the image map and click on "motifs" cuz i don't have links to it anywhere else. Also, I've altered a couple things on my site, but umm... one of them is just temporary, and the other is... annoying the crap out of me (the image map). Well... I am in a bad mood right now for NO GOOD REASON (the bad reason is a guy... ugh) so I'm going to end my post. bye.
