Thanks Pixie. SO, oh yeah, Where oh where did the lyrics for uh, I'm Like That come from? They appear on at least a couple of web sites (Nicole and Ken's?), but the only version I've heard (via Ken) ain't got a wurd. Unless... do you have to play it really loud? IT reminded me of Nirvana too. The music not the lyrics. Discovered the love for Freak of Nature, Waiting for the Bird, and Tell Me You Like Me. I'm not interested in verbage, only art. Even something that one of you may created. Maybe for fun and something off the cuff we could do a survey on the list where people could disclose that they have a tattoo(s) and what the have in addition to their regular post. That is if Jase wouldn't mind. I just think this would be both interesting and fun. If it's a problem for the list you can e-mail me privately. Hope you all are having a really great weekend. A couple of tattoos. Where? Don't get a tiny one on your ankle - get a big one. Get one on your back like Anthony Kiedis of the Chili Peppers - his is awesome. I don't have any, but I've always wanted a huge, sprawling mural on my back like Kiedis does. Flea has some good ones too. Check out the cover of "Blood Sugar Sex Magik." Liz-related...hmmm...interesting. The spaceegg pattern on the cover of WCSE is pretty cool (Katie?). Maybe it's too plain or vague, though. As an artist, Liz used to draw some charcoal sketches - if you could get your hands one, maybe one of those would be good. Does Liz herself have a tattoo? You should find out. And then copy it. Or, get one based on one of your favorite songs - like maybe a huge supernova explosion covering your entire back! Wouldn't that be great? A set of chopsticks? Too food-related. A yellow tweety-bird "canary?" Too Looney Toons. A flower? Too feminine. A polyester bride? Also too feminine. Shitloads of money? Too ubiquitous. A big tall man? Too stupid. Some sort of strange loop? Again, too vague. If you really want my advice, these ideas suck - be original. After all, you're the one who has to live with your skin being altered for the rest of your life.
