I have heard rumors from several sourcs that next season is the last? Any definitive word on that? I won't be around to see it, since I am moving to Ecuador August 21, but I'll be back next summer for a while and a friend is planning a Buffython for me then, see the whole season in two days, oughta be some fun. :-) Gayle ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Jul 2002 12:36:16 -0500 (CDT) From: allenw Subject: Re: b/ next season the last? The definitive word is that there's no definitive word. Joss and Marti have both said that Buffy *could* go past this season; Joss has even said that it might go on without Buffy if necessary. The non-definitive word seems to be that many people (including some of the actors) *assume* that the 7th season will be the last. And I believe Emma Caulfield (Anya) has said that, even if the show continues, this season will be *her* last, 'cause she wants to move on. Have fun (?) in Ecuador! allen w. If the rumors of Dawn getting sidekicks, etc, are true, we might be seeing "Dawn, the Vampire Slayer" (shudder) I am looking forward to your return, Gayle. You have always had something interesting to say. Marty ------------------------------ Date: Thu, 25 Jul 2002 18:28:01 -0700 (PDT) From: Todd Huff Subject: Re: b/ next season the last? I think I read somewhere than everybody but Sarah and Emma have options in their contracts or something. It's an interesting world. I wouldn't mind more stories in it. Yahoo!
