Hi! >Having been in WB-less hotels in Georgia this year, I plan to catch up eventually, even though Shira has assured me I haven't missed anything. > >Joyce Millman of Salon appears to agree: Wow. The man hasn't even seen them, and already he's firing up the diss machine. That's impressive. Spoiler tidbits ahead... During the "previously on Buffy" bits in the teaser of last week's ep (which I just managed to watch this evening), I noticed something I hadn't noticed before. If you've got it on tape in any incarnation, watch the scene where Dawn is writing in her diary from the beginning of "The Real Me". As the voiceover is saying "they don't have a sister who's the Slayer", the camera pans out to show the bedroom window over Dawn's shoulder. Take a close look at the view out the window. Is that or is that not the desertscape in which Buffy encountered the First Slayer? Upcoming episodes (according to Ain't It Cool News): This week: we find out who Dawn is! Next week: Halloween reruns! The week after: we find out who Tara is! The week after that: we find out who Buffy *really* is! I have the impression that after these episodes are done, we're going to look back at the first four eps of this season in a whole new light. P.S. A quick note from the Xenaverse: in case anyone was wondering, apparently the Hellmouth was formerly in Amphipolis, before it opened up in Sunndale.
