Well, the much-hyped premiere of _Dark Angel_ just ended, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. By the second hour, I wasn't picturing how much better Eliza Dushku would have been in the role any more. :) Jessica Alba turned out to be much better than the previews let on. It looks like it's going to be an interesting series. The premiere pretty adequately set up the backstory. It'll be interesting to see how it all plays out. Apparently FOX is re-running it next Monday, for those who were otherwise occupied, either by _Angel_ or the Presidential debates . If you missed it tonight, I recommend checking it out. 'nuff said. Most interesting part of this ep was the odd man who accosted Dawn. "I know you....curds and whey....you don't belong here." The "curds and whey" is an obvious reference to "Little Miss Muffet counting down to seven three oh" from Buffy's dream a little more than a season back.
