It was part of the trap. But it was puzzling that Willow didn't bring Tara. And I'm still wondering why Tara wrecked that one spell many episodes back. If Joss doesn't link that up to something, I'm going to be disappointed. SUe - ----- Original Message ----- From: David S. Joss has said that that _will_ be addressed, but not this season. Are there any mythical mechanical men other than Talos? I can't help thinking of Adam as more of a robot than anything else. Like Dr. Walsh and the Initiative that he sprang from, the mystical side of Slayerhood was simply beyond him. I agree that Angel was better than Buffy this week. I'm kind of sorry to see the blind assassin die, she was so much more interesting than most of the bad guys de jure. Inspired use of Gunn, too. I hope he becomes a regular next season, which is all too far away. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Send instant messages & get email alerts with Yahoo! If I'm reading it correctly, there's some pretty serious stuff going down on the set. Of course it's only one side of the story, but still. Ouch. >Good news: Gunn will be a regular next season on >Angel, per Joss. Who is Gunn? It was a very good episode, and - -- were you the one who didn't watch ANGEL because it suffers in comparison with FOREVER KNIGHT? Just say that Gunn is a character who, like Faith, could help ANGEL to develop an identity very different from FK. I had him confused with Lindsey the lawyer (had forgotten the character's name). So who is Gunn, anyway? And the parable -- oy. The stuff about the Handmaiden was especially interesting. (I'd wondered what Sophie Crawford's reaction would be to her husband being fired.) But does anyone have any idea who the General is? Well, the "Generals" in general have been established to be the Directors. ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 17 May 2000 22:02:00 -0700 (PDT) From: Todd Huff Subject: Re: b/Jeff Pruitt has been fired > If I'm reading it correctly, there's some pretty > serious stuff going down > on the set. Gunn was the leader of the vampire hunters from last week. He was also the guy who provided the diversion in Wolfram and Hart's lobby this week. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
