I love this song. My favorite parts are: Now I am always amazed Words can fill up a page Pages fill up the days Between him and me Somewhere I read an interview where Shawn said that these lines came out of when she was quitting drinking and took up journal writing instead... Whenever I'm writing, I can fluently say nothing in 3 pages a day, but anything real comes out a lot shorter. also And the letters I wrote you of Were those of the desperate stuff Like begging for love in a suicide threat Though I can't say that this happens to me, because I haven't gotten that desperate yet. And I hope that I won't, but it's entirely possible. - --Anna - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from the list send mail to majordomo@smoe.org with 'unsub scribe small-repairs' in the message body. I've thought about this quite a bit and have decided this is the best and least intrusive way to do this. For those of you who don't know, I am the owner and operator (along with Jean Castillo) of the Small Repairs mailing list and web site. Over time, there have been expenses incurred in the daily operation of things. In the beginning, these were almost nothing at all. However, as the list has grown and the traffic on the web site has too, the expenses have gone up as well. So, I know that many of you shop at CDnow any way. So, if you could go to the added trouble of accessing CDnow through the link on the Small Repairs website, a portion of all the sells will come back to me and in turn, Small Repairs. When you get to CDnow through that link, you can then bookmark it and it then never have to go through it again, just access CDnow via the bookmark. Thanks for your time. If you have any questions or comments about this, please feel free to e-mail me. I love this list AND CDnow, but I do have one question that I'm thinking others might have as well. Is there a way to drag all of the info from my current bookmark back through your link? That way the regular CDnow customers amongst us wouldn't have to re-enter credit card info, customizing features for "My CDnow" and "Wish List" entries (my current wish list is 30 deep!) If not, it's no huge deal or anything to make the switch but thought I would check... Thanks, -Rob (anxious to hear if the tour will be with the full band or solo acoustic as well!) Any Party of Fivers out there? I thought I heard Shawn on tonight's episode, but I didn't recognize the song (which is hard to imagine.) It was the scene when Ned and Julia were driving back to Stanford after the highway rest-stop scene. Distinctly had that Shawn guitar-work sound in the background, and certainly sounded like her voice. Anyone catch this, or know what the song was? Dave (P.S. Rob: sorry haven't written back yet.
