Shawn and T Bone, Shawn and Steuart, Larry etc. etc.. at Shepherds Bush Empire, The Jazz Cafe, Mean Fiddler (Fat City tour), The Royalty Theatre (broadcast on BBC radio), at a nightclub I can't remember the name of at present on the AFSR tour, where I met Loudon Wainwright - Nice bloke. None with Mr Finn though. But I did catch Emmylou Harris at The Jazz Cafe. (No not too country - Wrecking Ball album and some old classics like Love Hurts). Joined on stage by Nanci Griffith 1st night and Brian Eno ! the second night. Get Emmylou's new album Spyboy which contains all live recordings from the tour which included The Jazz Cafe. (Don't know if any were recorded there though) It really is one of the best albums I've heard in years. Counting Crows at The Borderline. Sheryl Crow at the Borderline and The Underworld. (Tuesday Night Music Club era - The good album) Crowded House at The Forum after they had sold out Wembley for several nights. Steve Earle at Dingwalls and Shepherds Bush Empire. Aimee Mann at The Empire etc. etc. If I hear of any other good ones Mark, I'll let you know. You lucky man!
