I stumbled upon this event entirely by accident. It transpires that Nicky Horne is doing a regular musical interview programme for them at 6PM on Sundays, called "Access All Areas". No one missed anything though, since the lady didn't show up at the studio in Austin at the appointed time. A very embarrassed Horne had to fill out the hour with idle chitchat with the engineer at the other end, contributions from callers who confessed they'd never heard of her, and lots of assurances to his regular listenership that this Colvin woman wasn't one of these flaky unreliable musician types, and that her being eight months pregnant may have unavoidably intervened. Anyone know any more? I don't think the ill-will of UK Talk Radio regulars counts for much in the overall scheme of things. But this was a PR screw-up that can't have helped.
