David. I think it was Toronto or as we Canucks who don't live in the center of the the universe call it Hog Town. It is a lot cheaper to make films and videos here in Canada with the difference in the money between Canada and the U. David -- >> methinks it was Toronto back in august. which reminds me of a story... uh oh...stand back.. a BigHAIRed Adventure... I'll make it brief... Some of you may recall my trip to NYC back in september where i braved the mean streets of manhattan in a minivan... only to be traumatized by the onslaught of yellow cabs.... and to end up in a fender bender on the corner of Broadway and 42nd St. (It wasn't my fault!) Anyway.. the gist of that story was that the black cloud that our mishap put on the rest of the afternoon instantly cleared away for me when we meandered into the Virgin Megastore, and lo and behold! The Sunny video came on and soothed my soul. Well... last month i had the opportunity to go BACK to NYC... this time by train... (gotta luv AMTRAK). I went back to face the demons (on foot, of course). Had lunch at the Times Square Brewery with friends which included fellow [s-r] lister, Gerry, the Concert Maniac! (Hi Gerry!) which overlooked the very corner where i got crunched. I remain intimidated by Yellow Cabs and their evil tendencies... ::::shudder::::: and managed to avoid flipping anyone off this trip... ;) My point... and i do have one, however minute it will be... is that i went BACK to the Virgin Megastore our first day in the city, and once again... there was Shawn on all the monitors, singing Mona Lisa. That was the first time i had seen the video.. so i took it as a sign that all would be right with the world for this trip. And it was. that is all.. (so much for brief!) ~jean, obviously very sleep deprived. aka bH - ------------------------------------------------------------------------ To unsubscribe from the list send mail to majordomo@smoe.org with 'unsub scribe small-repairs' in the message body.
