Yup, I was there. Third row, unreserved seating :( But I got there real early and was in the front row. Several *miles* out from the stage, but front row nonetheless ;) Good solid performance from SC, who was in fine form. I have a set list, but I'll not post it now as I'm in a flying hurry. I read that both of >these artists appear on it I've got it. Ani and Mary both do contribute to it. All the songs are covers of old 50's and 60's hits. The incomparable Jann Arden is also on it. Mary does "I'll Never Fall in Love Again" and Ani does "Wishin' And Hopin'", the song which opens the movie and the girls dance to. Overall, I was pretty disappointed, but if you're a really big Ani fan, I guess it's worth the moeny. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= / casey@tisd.net / \ \ / "If I shed a tear, I won't cage it ... if I feel a rage I won't / \ deny it ... I like Mary Black, Maura O'Connell, Maria McKee, Patty Larkin, and Lyle Lovett, to name a few... and I HATE Jewel. Sorry to all you poor Jewel fans... 9) Name.... Sarah I also had the pleasure of meeting Shawn before a concert... she came out and must've just woken up, because she seemed a little out of it and a bit grumpy at first. But when she started talking to her fans, she warmed up quickly. I made a total idiot out of myself.... Shawn is my hero... and so I stood there with knees knocking and hands shaking, and couldnt think of anything to say except, "I'm your number one fan." AAAAAHHHHH!!!! I am still hitting myself! Of all the things I have wanted to say to her and to ask her, and all I could come up with was a line from "Misery"?!!!!!! I'm such a nerd. But she was sweet and gracious and we ended up having a human conversation later. Well, that's my most embarassing Shawn moment for all to see. I love the emails... keep em coming! That means a lot and says something for your charater. However, I do have a lot of respect for Paula and so was very defensive. As far as your "Paula Cole, but I think I am also entitled to my opinion" comment, absolutely!! I tried to make this clear in my message I sent to you. On Small Repairs, you're totally welcome to your opinion, just try to state in a way that's maybe less inflamatory. Again, thanks for writing.
