I see this all the time on many "chat" list I am on, and not just for music either. If one has a issue with someone or something, contact the list owner or moderator. Let them decide what is right or wrong. I own a few list on yahoo and I do not allow anyone making up rules for my list, etc. I feel what goes on like this, is a big turn off to many and many will not write and/or leave a list.
